How much of your portfolio in impact / social VC?

Right now I have around 15–20% in social and impact VC strategies. I started small (5%) two years ago and gradually increased because I noticed two things: first, the downside seems less correlated with public markets during big corrections, and second, the better funds are producing very respectable risk-adjusted returns. I’m not chasing 10× moonshots here – I’m happy with consistent 12–18% IRR and much lower emotional volatility. The key for me was finding managers who are extremely transparent about both financials and real-world impact metrics. A very straightforward article I came across that breaks down current conditions, fees, and reporting standards of some of the more credible options is here: https://www.uniindia.com/social-venture-capitalist-reviews-a-broker-with-transparent-conditions/press-releases/news/3730379.html. It’s one of the more honest pieces I’ve read lately – no hype, just facts. That helped me feel more comfortable scaling up the allocation.
